Your face and hair will probably be the most photographed part of your wedding day so it’s essential you love the way you look. This makes a professional make-up service more than just a pampering treat, it’s a beauty must-have.

You’ve put so much into making this wedding perfect, don’t be let down by less than lovely make-up.  Forget orange skin and spangly eyes, clogged lashes and dripping lip gloss, my service is about a unique-to-you look, put together by cherry picking the best from modern brands.

With several years in the Make-up Industry I have seen so many scary make-ups that I am determined to offer something completely different to brides in Hampshire and reserving me for your wedding means it’s me who works with you at your home or hotel.

Please use the contact me page to check my availability and I’ll then compare your preferences against the diary and come straight back to you with how things look. If I am available (I’ll let you know either way, of course) I’ll sent a letter detailing all relevant costs, how to progress your enquiry into a booking and how and when to reserve your make-up rehearsal with me.  I’ll then hold your wedding date for 10 days so that you can check you are happy with the detail and please let me know either way if you would like to progress.

Rehearsals take place usually 8-12 weeks before the big day at my Make-up Studio above Madeline House, High Street, Bishops Waltham, SO32 1AA. Alternatively I can visit you at home but there would be a mileage and travelling time charge which I would love to save you by welcoming you to my Studio instead.

Wherever you choose the rehearsal to be, during the hour and a half appointment there will be a detailed consultation where I will ask you lots of questions, then essential bridal grooming advice, details about eyelash extensions (a service I offer) plus possibly how to improve your skincare and eye brows and of course, the wedding make-up, plus top tips and tricks-of-the trade to keep you looking lovely all day and into the evening.

• Feather-light foundations will be mixed to seamlessly blend into your skin, with a less- is-more golden glow to cheeks using subtle bronzers or baby soft pinks.
• Subtle shimmer/matte eyeshadow will complement/contrast the colour of your eye.Lashes lengthened and waterproofed for natural definition.
• Lips will be subtly glossed with a hint of colour.
• And the inevitable wedding day blemishes and dark under-eye circles banished!

Why not share this opportunity with other members of your bridal party who would like wedding day make-up and I can either talk them through the gentle tones I will use with them on the day or if they prefer, they can have a rehearsal make-up of their own. No deposit is required till the rehearsal when you confirm that you love the make-up and want me back for the big day. I know that’s unusual but I am confident you will approve the make up at the rehearsal and want me back.

Then on to your wedding day when I return to you at either your home or hotel so that you can relax knowing you don’t have to leave the house.  I would strongly recommend you have a hairdressing service at your home or hotel too and I can help you with any recommendations you may need. The two services would work together and around each other to create an oasis of peace and calm, keeping your timings on track and making for some great photos too.

The make-up you loved at the rehearsal is repeated, giving you fresh- faced beauty with a hint of modern glamour and you’ll feel self-assured in front of the photographer’s unforgiving lens and confident enough to face those guests, knowing you are gorgeous but still looking like you.
